BURMA (Myanmar) the Life Saving Work Goes On

Telling the Story of Jesus to an entire village on a battery powered T. V. set at the request of the Village Chief.

Our team of Christian workers who have labored for a year delivering food, supplies and the Gospel to seven of the hardest hit villages by cyclone Nargis in Myanmar are still tirelessly serving. Seven villages are being supplied until they can get back on their feet and crops can again grow in the salt saturated rice paddies.

On a recent trip one village chief asked them to share the story of Jesus with the entire village and provided his battery powered T. V. for viewing the Jesus film after which our brothers answered questions and taught the group all day.

This far nine have obeyed the gospel and a “New Beginning” is being made in the land of Buddha where they had never heard of the living God and His Son.
